Dinamica Generale has signed an investment agreement to acquire shares of Weightech, a Brazilian company specialized in designing, manufacturing and commercializing weighing components for industrial and agro business.
With this transaction, Dinamica Generale will consolidate its presence in Brazil and South America and will strengthen its position as a global supplier in the agricultural sector, boosting its already extensive product portfolio.
