A new Innovation Center, advanced research laboratories, expanded production facilities, and new job opportunities. Dinamica Generale launches a major expansion project to drive innovation and support the Group’s future growth.
The company Dinamica Generale, based in Poggio Rusco, is investing in the future with a €4.5 million expansion that will bring innovation, growth, and new employment opportunities.
The company aims to achieve a turnover of over €50 million by 2029, with a new generation ready to ensure continuity for an entrepreneurial project deeply rooted in the local community.
In recent days, expansion work has begun at Dinamica Generale’s headquarters. “Seeing the construction equipment at work is a source of great satisfaction and also a certain emotion for me. Because we are not simply building new spaces: we are building an important part of Dinamica Generale for the years to come,” explains CEO Andrea Ghiraldi.
The project includes a new building dedicated to the Innovation Center, a new industrial facility with laboratories dedicated to research, trials, and testing, and new spaces for warehousing and shipping. In addition, the expansion of our sensor production lines will allow us to potentially double our current production capacity.
Overall, investments exceed €4.5 million.
“The value of this project is not measured solely by the millions invested or the square meters we are going to build, but above all by what we want to generate: research, new products, skilled employment, increased production, and new opportunities for the local community,” explains Ghiraldi.
Today, Dinamica Generale already has approximately 40 people dedicated to research and development. The new Innovation Center is designed to strengthen these capabilities and create an environment in which electronics, sensor technology, software, and artificial intelligence can increasingly work together.
The project will lead to the recruitment of at least five new university graduates, with additional resources progressively joining to support the company’s growth.
Dinamica Generale is an international group with over 250 people across various countries.
It operates in the precision agriculture sector, developing increasingly sophisticated sensors and technologies to measure and interpret parameters related to agricultural products, food, soil, and the environment.
The company is also active in the medical sector, where it develops measurement technologies and systems applied to patients, operating in markets where precision, reliability, and innovation are fundamental requirements.
The company is also preparing for a generational transition. “In recent years, we have received several expressions of interest and acquisition proposals from investors. We could have chosen that path, but we chose continuity and strong roots in the local community,” explains Ghiraldi. “This is a generational transition that has been prepared over time. My daughter Anna has chosen to continue this journey and progressively take on the responsibility of leading the company. A transition of this kind cannot be improvised: it must be built gradually and must come from a conscious decision by the person taking over.”
