Environment, energy, people, governance, digitalization and safety: throughout 2025, Dinamica Generale achieved new milestones as part of its sustainability journey.
A journey built through concrete initiatives designed to improve company spaces, promote employee wellbeing and strengthen security, including from a digital perspective.
In 2025, a new company parking area was completed, together with the planting of 30 trees and the creation of 500 m² of new green space.
The project contributed to the redevelopment of the outdoor areas surrounding the headquarters, increasing the presence of permeable surfaces and creating a more pleasant and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Among the most significant energy-related initiatives was the installation of a new 60 kWp photovoltaic system, developed through the funding programme dedicated to Renewable Energy Communities, known in Italy as CER.
The new system represents a further step towards more responsible energy sharing and increased production from renewable sources, helping to reduce the environmental impact of the company’s operations.
A new outdoor calisthenics area was also created within the company’s green space.
The area was designed to encourage physical activity, wellbeing and interaction among employees, strengthening the connection between the quality of the working environment and attention to personal health.
In 2025, women represented 54% of Dinamica Generale’s first line of managers reporting directly to top management.
Female representation is also significant at governance level, with women accounting for 66% of the company’s Board of Directors.
These figures reflect the company’s commitment to valuing skills, experience and different perspectives within managerial and decision-making processes.
Digital transformation creates new opportunities, but it also increases the need to protect information, systems and business processes.
In 2025, Dinamica Generale obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, the international standard for information security management systems.
The certification confirms the company’s commitment to data protection, cybersecurity risk management and the adoption of structured processes designed to ensure security, reliability and business continuity.
Health and safety in the workplace continue to be a priority for Dinamica Generale.
During 2025, the company organized a Safety Day dedicated to workplace safety training and awareness.
The initiative involved employees through interactive, engaging and innovative activities, with the aim of making training more effective, practical and closely connected to situations that may arise in everyday working life.
For Dinamica Generale, sustainability is not a single initiative, but an ongoing journey that influences the way the company grows, invests, operates and makes decisions.
