• feeding cost per milk produced, to directly link nutrition and profitability
• dry matter intake per group, connected to productivity
• feed efficiency index
• consistency of feed refusals, compared to planned targets
• ration consistency and feeding time accuracy, ensuring cows always find feed after milking

Structured reporting allows farms to turn data into operational decisions, make hidden losses visible, and improve daily work organization. It also creates a shared, data-based framework for discussion between farmers, nutritionists, and consultants. When decisions start from clear, shared data, dairy farms operate in a more coordinated, efficient, and economically sustainable way.
