OPTICROP is an onboard optical sorting system designed for tomato harvesters, installed along the product flow on the machine conveyor to perform real-time quality sorting. Depending on the machine configuration, multiple OPTICROP units can operate simultaneously.

The pneumatic ejection system is designed to work in perfect synchronization with OPTICROP, ensuring fast and precise removal of unwanted product directly on the harvester. Using pneumatic paddles, the system guarantees accurate sorting without damaging the good product or affecting harvesting performance.
Available in 32, 40, and 48 channels, the pneumatic system matches the configuration of the optical sorting units and can be easily integrated on different machine layouts. Its robust design ensures reliable operation in harsh field conditions, including dust, vibrations, and continuous use during harvesting.
Dinamica Generale provides weighing systems for harvesting machines, installed on the conveyor to measure harvested product in real time and generate accurate yield data. Weight data can be displayed directly on the tractor Virtual Terminal (VT) via ISOBUS and CAN J1939 protocols, and integrated into digital farming workflows for yield monitoring and field analysis.

Dinamica Generale enables full traceability for tomato harvesting operations through the FIELD trace platform, with data transmitted in real time via the KALI communication hub. These insights allow farmers and contractors to optimize logistics, improve field performance, and support data-driven harvesting operations.
