(Italy) - Dinamica Generale S.p.A.(Italy) has signed an agreement with Tecomec S.r.l., a company based in Reggio Emilia (Italy) and member of Emak Group, a leading industrial group listed on the stock exchange. The main goal of this agreement is the creation of a joint venture to develop electronic control systems dedicated to Agriculture.
