OEM Account Manager USA

For its St. Charles, IL office, Dinamica generale Us Inc. is seeking a motivated  person with a technical background, dedicated to support and train OEM customers and dealers on Dinamica generale electronic and sensor solutions.
Reporting to the NA Sales Director, the duties will include managing and developing a portfolio of current and prospective accounts.  
This person will be responsible for a sales target, building and maintaining good customer relations,  prospecting for and obtaining new customers  and performing competitive analysis.  Participation in trade shows and travel to customer locations as required.  BS or equivalent in Ag Engineering, Ag business, Marketing or a related field and 5+years of experience will be preferable.


The ideal candidate will have:
  • Technical background, both hardware and software
  • Knowledge of Agricultural market, dairy farm technology and precision farming a plus
  • Ability to organize, and conduct operational and sales training meetings with OEM's, dealers, and customers
  • Ability to identify and develop new customer accounts
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required
  • Flexibility and commitment to the company growth project
