The GeoSpreader System is designed to control the distribution of liquid fertilizers and slurry. get a quote

The system is available in two versions:

the BASIC system displays and records distribution data in real time,
the SUPERIOR version is capable of regulating machine functions like opening of slide gate valves to ensure effective material spreading in accordance with:

- Planned spread factor
- Homogeneity of material distributed in relation with ground speed of the machine

Basic Version

GeoSpreader system (BASIC VERSION) monitors the amount of material distributed in a specific area (t/ha o t/ac.)
If the system is equipped with load cells, the amount of liquid distributed is calculated through real-time acquisition of the remaining liquid inside the tank.

The spread factor is calculated in real-time based on number of impulses registered by the flow meter (litres).

The indicator displays:

Programmed spread factor
Real-time spread factor
Amount of liquid inside the tank
Ground speed of the machine

P2: connection to flowmeter installed in the discharging spout. This sensor is not included into the GeoSpreader kit. The NPN-type sensor should have not less than 1 impulse per liter

SUPERIOR VERSION

GeoSpreader system (SUPERIOR VERSION) monitors the amount of material distributed in a specific area (t/ha o t/ac.)
If the system is equipped with load cells, the amount of liquid distributed is calculated through real-time acquisition of the remaining liquid.

The spread factor is calculated in real-time based on a number of impulses registered by the flow meter (liters).
The opening and closing of the slide gate valve can be actuated MANUALLY by the operator (driver) or AUTOMATICALLY from the system to reach the programmed spread factor.

The SUPERIOR version is equipped with switches for activating the following hydraulic functions:

Open / close the slide valves
Open / close the left discharging line
Open / close the right discharging line

Switches on the indicator allow quick and effective control of the hydraulic functions of the machine. Up to 7 hydraulic double-way functions are available on request.

The indicator displays following information:

Programmed spread factor
Real-time spread factor
Amount of liquid inside the tank
Ground speed of the machine

P1: sensor that measures the opening of the discharge line (Not included within the kit)
P2: connection to flowmeter installed in the discharging spout. This sensor is not included into the GeoSpreader kit. The NPN-type sensor should have not less than 1 impulse per liter
