UterOxy: Endometrial Oxygen Monitoring System

UterOxy is the first proprietary medical device developed and branded by Dinamica Generale, designed to measure oxygen partial pressure (pO2) inside the uterus in real time during embryo transfer procedures. Based on advanced NIR technology and engineered for in vivo applications, UterOxy introduces a new measurable parameter within the intrauterine environment.

The system enables direct acquisition of oxygen partial pressure data at endometrial level, providing quantitative information during procedures. Its architecture is designed for integration within clinical workflows, supporting data availability and consistency without altering standard practices.

Why Measure Endometrial Oxygen

UterOxy introduces a measurable parameter within the uterine environment:

  • Real-time acquisition of oxygen partial pressure
  • Quantitative data available during procedures
  • Additional parameter for intrauterine assessment
  • Consistent and repeatable measurements

Core Technology

UterOxy is based on Near-Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy, optimized for in vivo uterine analysis:

  • Real-time optical measurement of oxygen partial pressure
  • High sensitivity to local physiological conditions
  • Optical interface designed to ensure a controlled light path
  • Accurate signal acquisition within the intrauterine environment

The system integrates advanced optical components, embedded electronics, and signal processing algorithms developed by Dinamica Generale.

Designed for In Vivo Use

The device has been specifically engineered for intrauterine application:

  • Miniaturized fiber probe (Ø 1.4 mm) for minimally invasive use
  • Optimized balance between flexibility and robustness
  • High usability during procedures
  • Compatibility with standard embryo transfer workflows

Main Features
